About Mayfield House

Our homes are committed to providing the highest standards of person-centered Residential Care for both the elderly and people with dementia type illnesses. Making the move into long term care is never easy and our dedicated staff are on hand to make sure that your individual needs are met as well as helping to make this move as comfortable as possible.

Our homes are purpose built by the owner and proprietor Mr. George Littleton of and both homes boast enclosed landscaped sensory gardens carefully designed and planted so that our residents can appreciate the changes all year round. The homes are within in easy reach of local amenities.

A traditional menu ensures all tastes are catered for and our head cooks take pride in the preparation of nutritonally balanced meals and are always on hand to meet any special dietary requirements that you may have.

All our staff receive continuous development through a comprehensive training package aimed at the special needs of our residents. The ethos of the group is to recognize that each resident is a unique individual and to provide holistic person centered care which fulfils their individual needs.

Both homes are CQC registered with a rating of good. We offer long stay care and respite care can be arranged through social services. We provide our residents with a secure and comfortable and caring environment.

As part of the admission process to the homes potential resident will have an assessment by a member of the management team, this will ensure that we are able to meet their needs effectively and safely.

Whilst we recognize that privacy and independence are important to our residents, our key worker system ensures that your individual needs are always met.
